Night Post-Work

Watching Intervention on A&E, makes me wonder how some of this people on this show agree to do it. Let's just put our lives on television and show how this family member is destroying our lives. There's always something you can do other than this show on national television. And I don't understand how many people agree to "be in a documentary on drugs," I would be embarrassed I mean don't get me wrong, I love this show and think it's kinda funny sometimes.

One show I watched about a month ago, was about a girl who went to places lie Office Depot everyday, and bought the dust cleaner that you use to blow out your keyboard. She would then spray it into her mouth about every 2 to 5 minutes. Ridiculous! She had sex with some married man so she could afford her rent and duster. All because some boyfriend she had in college opened her up to the world of inhalants... This was a girl who was in Medical school and always got good grades. How do you give your life away just for something as stupid as this. Honestly... I don't get it. Some people need more than an "intervention," they need a swift kick in the ass.

  1. The junkies are too strung out to be embarrassed and their family is at wits' end, so it's a win win for them. They get proof of how sorry their family member is and free rehab for them.

What's dignity when your saving lives? Come on man!
